RISE LEADERS

We want to equip you to lead out wherever God calls you.

RISE Leaders is our development programme for young rising leaders. You will have the opportunity to meet other leaders from across Scotland and go on a journey of learning together through an annual gathering, online coaching and on site mentoring at your local church.

We are looking for Pastors to put forward leaders in their 20’s & 30’s for a year of development, learning and coaching. Our aim is to create scaffolding to strengthen local Elim churches by helping to develop younger leaders while they are serving in their local context.

Annual Gathering

We want to gather our RISE leaders for a day of leadership input, prayer and roundtable discussions. This is an opportunity to meet with other leaders in their 20’s & 30’s from across Scotland. This year we will be meeting at Dunblane Hydro Hotel on Saturday 7 October including lunch and refreshments.

Leadership Academy

Our Leadership Academy is set out as three terms of four Sunday evenings where our leaders will gather in-person at Paisley Elim or online for spiritual and practical seminars. These seminars will be interactive with round table discussions and have practical application. It will include input from a wide variety of leaders and speakers throughout the year.

Mentoring

During the year, you will be developed at a local level through mentorship from your pastor and a chance to lead out in your church. This is an opportunity to grow, to find ways to serve and to catch God’s heart for the church He has placed you in.

Meet Our Coaches

  • James & Beryl Glass

    James & Beryl are the Regional Leaders for Elim in Scotland and the North West of England. James is also a member of the National Leadership Team for Elim. They previously served as the Senior Leaders of Glasgow Elim and have a heart to see the next generation rise across Scotland.

  • Calum & Kathryn Paton

    Calum and Kathryn serve as the Associate Leaders of ECF Paisley and have a heart to equip and release the next generation of leaders across the nation. Calum also serves as part of the Regional Team for Elim in Scotland and gives leadership to RISE.

  • Steve & Hannah Chalmers

    Steve & Hannah are the Senior Leaders of Grace Church in Dunfermline where they also run Heart & Sound, a creative ministry which uses music to reach out and develop young people.

  • Steven & Annette Holmes

    Steven & Annette Holmes

    Steven & Annette serve as the senior leaders of Dundee Elim. They are passionate about God and have a heart to equip and release people into God’s plan for their life. Steven also serves as the Minister in Training coordinator for the Scottish Region.
